Are these products really made in Korea?
Yes. Every product we sell is manufactured in South Korea and imported. We do not relabel or reformulate anything for the Indian market.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours and reach most pin codes in 4–7 business days. You get a tracking link by email or SMS when it ships.
How do I know which product to start with?
If your concern is firmness or dullness, start with the Collagen Night Wrapping Mask. If it is repair and texture, start with the PDRN Repair Cream. For lips, HydraGlow preps and Extreme Lip Plumper adds volume, and they are designed to be used together.
Are they safe for sensitive skin?
The cream, the wrapping mask and both lip products are formulated for low irritation, and the PDRN Repair Cream is specifically suitable for sensitive skin. The S-Zinc spot patch contains salicylic acid and sulfur, so try one on a small area first. As with any new product, patch test on your inner arm first if your skin reacts easily.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
No. Skincare and cosmetics are hygiene-sensitive, so we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete we replace or refund it — see the refund policy for how to claim.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We replace or refund it. Please film a continuous unboxing video of every KoreCare parcel as you open it, starting with the shipping label readable — it is what lets us tell a transit problem from a packing one. Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
